bizwizIQ Order Manager is available for two Microsoft Windows based eco-systems. It is important that you choose the correct installer based upon the eco-system of your store/shop environment. To determine the eco-system installer that fits your environment, ensure you choose the correct installer based upon the criteria listed
If you can answer yes to the following question, then you should download and install the Version 6.0.2 installer:
- Are ALL computers in your network that need to run bizwizIQ Order Manager installed on ONLY one of the following operating systems?
- Windows 10
- Windows 11
If you have any computers in your eco-system that is not running Windows 10 or Windows 11, then you will need to download and install the Version 5.2.5 Installer. Once all computers are upgraded to a minimum operating system version of Windows 10 or higher, then you will be able to upgrade to the Version 6.0.2 installer.

Why are older operating systems no longer being upgraded with new versions of Order Manager?
Microsoft corporation has dropped support for these older operating systesm. Most recently, Windows 7 support was dropped in January 2020, and Windows 8.x support was dropped in January 2023. Because these older operating systems will no longer receive patches, Microsoft will not allow installation of the latest versions of the development tools used for the development of bizwizIQ order manager except on currently supported operating systems, which are Windows 10 and Windows 11. As a result, we have created one final version to support these older operating systems. Once you have all computers in your network upgrades to at least Windows 10 or higher operating system, you will be able to upgrade to the latest versions of bizwizIQ Order Manager.
Will we be able to upgrade to version 6.0.2 after we eliminate all incompatible operating systems?
Most definitely. Once you are fully upgraded to Windows 10 or Windows 11, then you will be able to upgrade to the latest version utilizing the latest Microsoft and Netsoft Studio technologies.
