The purpose of the Import XML Order is if you have another program like a website where you take orders online and you wish to import the order quickly into BizWizard. This is an advanced function and is not supported by NetSoft Studios. In order to use this function you will have to be able to export from your website program an order in a specific XML format, than copy and paste that XML data into the Import order window. You will need to have advance programming knowledge or hire a 3rd party programmer to write an interface program for you.
An example XML file is provided for you to show the proper format. To locate this file go to

To Import an XML order you can do so by clicking on the ADD/Import Order button in the upper right area of any order screen as shown below
When you click on the Add/Import button the following Import Order screen will open up:
In the Import Order Window, you can paste the order details in an XML format to import order screen. Once the data has been pasted into the Import Order screen, click on the Import order button at the bottom to proceed.
Once you click on the import order, it will import in all the information provided from the XML and open the maintain order screen for you to complete the order information for this order. You will need to review the information and provide the scheduling dates, payment info and any other order comments to complete this order.
NOTE: Any product Numbers or shipping methods used on your online web site must be setup as products or shipping methods in BizWizard. If they are not setup in BizWizard, an error will occur.
