Using the Company Name Pull down list is a nice feature that as you are entering a company OR customer name in the Company Name block of an order screen, it will search a drop down list to see if someone from that company or someone with that name has ever ordered from you before. If they have you simply select the name and it will populate all the demographic fields with what was entered from orders past. It is important to understand the company name pull-down list is populated from past orders and IS NOT populated from the Customer Accounts System. NOTE: It is a good company practice to review the information with the customer to ensure that the information is still current.

Time Saving Tip: You can also select a company name, to populate the company address and most of the information, but then update with the new buyers name, phone # and e-mail address to save you a little time
