On occasion as part of a technical support resolution, NetSoft Studio may need to review your database for any problems that may have occurred to correct corruptions and or indexing issues. this is a very rare situation, however it can arise with any database. As a result, NetSoft Studio may request you to take this option to send to our office through encrypted internet connection channels, a copy of your database, so our support engineers can correct whatever the problem may be.

If you are instructed by NetSoft Studio to Send a copy of your database and only if you are instructed to do so, you will take this option from the BizWizard Order Manager™ Menu by clicking on Send Database to NetSoft Studio as shown below:

This will bring up the following screen:

The database will zip itself up, and begin a data transfer to NetSoft Studio support engineers after you click on proceed to send database.

NOTE: NEVER SEND YOUR DATABASE UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY A NETSOFT STUDIO SUPPORT ENGINEER.
