NetSoft Studio has two software offerings, BizWizard Order Manager™ and BizWizard ShopKart™, both awards and recognition software products are designed and developed for the Awards and Recognition Industry. That's all we do at NetSoft Studio. We do not have any side jobs, or side projects. We do not work full-time for other companies or spend a just a few hours a week on our Software Products. We devote 100% of our time to awards business management (BizWizard Order Manager™) and awards shopping cart software (BizWizard ShopKart™) to enhance and benefit the Awards and Recognition Retailer and Supplier.
In 1999 Development was initiated on BizWizard Order Manager™, the Awards and Recognition Industries premier order management, point of sales, billing, purchasing, order tracking software solution. In 2007, we initiated development on BizWizard ShopKart™, starting ground up with a single line of program code. BizWizard ShopKart™ was released within 15 months of its initial line of programming code and has already won awards for best new technology 2 years in a row at ARA Awards International Marketplace 2009 and 2010 with over 64 satisfied customers.
NetSoft Studio has had to expand its booth at ARA from a 10x10 to a 10x20 to a 10x30 just to keep up with the flood of customers in our booth each year. NetSoft Studio has expanded to exhibit at NBM Long Beach, Texas Trophy Show, and other smaller venues nationwide. NetSoft studio has had articles written about us:

In addition, since 2001, the Trophy ToolBox, Inc. owners LinkedIn Profile indicates he worked for many other companies during that time frame since 2001 and none of those companies were in the awards and recognition industry.

As you can see from the above, the experience and dedication of time to the Awards Industry is quite extensive for NetSoft Studio along with prior experience owning and managing a search engine (M. David Matney owned one of the prominent search engines of the late 1990's named Seek-It Web Search) and having inside knowledge into the search engine algorithms as well as helping to develop those algorithms. NetSoft Studio had been doing development, designing shopping carts, design software applications for 6 years prior to the incorporation of Trophy ToolBox, Inc.
Trophy ToolBox, inc. appears to have had sparse interactions with the Awards Industry by Trophy Toolbox, Inc. (based upon publicly available information). From the time Trophy ToolBox, Inc. filed its incorporation papers until PDU Webconnect was released (based upon the approx. date the webconnect product appeared on the PDU.com web site) was approx. 5 years 2 months. Trophy ToolBox, Inc. is the developer of the PDU Webconnect product.
From the Time PDU Web Connect appeared on pdu.com web site until AwardsCart® was released was approx. 3 years 5 months. Its important to understand that AwardsCart® is a Private Label of Pinnacle Cart, which means 90% or more of the development and program code on the AwardsCart® shopping cart was already completed by another company, and it still took 3 years, 5 months to be released. And on its release, there were all sorts of issues with AwardsCart® product preload, such as lacking of accurate product descriptions, duplicate products, some product without product images, no product sizes, no ability to customize trophy parts, no way to enter engraving on some products, lacking of major industry SEO keywords, no ability to edit a product once added to the shopping cart, etc. And Many of these problems still exists, even today (7/3/2010)
NetSoft Studio has had many many releases, updates, new version to both its BizWizard Order Manager™ Software as well as BizWizard ShopKart™ and is actively managing two complete software packages, not just one, and still finds the time to complete Development on BizWizard ShopKart™'s first version within 1 year 3 months, and NetSoft Studio had to do 100% of the development program coding from the very first line of program code to the last, as we did not use a prepackaged non-awards industry related shopping cart program that was written by another company.
