Design Staff that are Not only Developers, but Also Managed and Owned Awards Stores?
Synopsis of this Feature:
Why do software solutions fall short of meeting the needs of the users the software is designed for? The primary reason is the development staff. Typically, software companies do not understand their customers line of work, manual process, automated process, and other caveats in a business and as a result, what the developers design doesn't meet the needs of the customer.
Lets take for instance the medical industry. How can a company develop a MRI Machine for doctors to look into the human body with, if they don't have an understanding of the human body itself, or what the doctors are needing to see. This is why doctors are employed not only in capacities of of a medical professional who diagnosis you in their office, but also employed by the companies who are developing the equipment and machines for the medical profession. Doctors have the hands on experience needed by the MRI manufacturer.
Its no different in the awards industry. There are so many caveats of what must occur to produce, manage and assemble awards products, and to design software to achieve it requires hands on experience in an awards store environment.
