Servers come with 4 different levels of backups automatically as follows:
- Mirrored Hard Drive Backups. When data is written to the server drive, it is mirrored to a secondary, hot swappable server drive. Hot Swappable means any one of the two drives can fail, and our network engineers can literally go to the server, pull out the bad hard drive, put in a replacement hard drive and the server never goes offline and your site never stops serving web pages while the hard drives are switched and replaced.
- On Site Data Backup. The servers are all backed up to a tape archive within the data center each night. This tape backup is kept on site temporarily until it is moved to an off site facility. There is always a most recent on site tape backup.
- Once an on site tape backup has a replacement most recent backup, it is moved to an off site secured facility in a storage vault as a safe backup away from the data center. This off site backup is important to keep for many reasons, including terrorists attacks on a city housing a data center, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
- The On Demand Backup is a backup you can request to be created and used for downloading purposes. A password protected archive of both the database and the sites images is created and can be made available to you upon request. The backup is password protected and can only be used to restore to a ShopKart site, and creates a 4th level backup of your data for your web stores and awards shopping cart site.

The following is the only documentation we could find on their features page concerning backups:
