WYSIWYG Editing of Award and Trophy Product Description Content, Category Descriptions?
Synopsis of this Feature:
WYSIWYG stands for "what you see is what you get" and is a term to indicate that you can make formatting, font, image, tables, columns and other changes to some form of content and you will see what changes you get. It also refers to a type of editing tool that allows you to customize those aspects without having to have a knowledge of HTML or programming.
WYSIWYG makes it easy for the layperson to make editing changes to their web page without a need to understand programming or HTML coding. If you know how to use a word processor, then you can typically use a WYSIWYG editor.

After reviewing the screen shots provided at AwardsCart® web site, we were not able to find any WYSIWYG editor for editing the formatting and layouts of category descriptions or award and trophy product descriptions. Whereas this feature may be available in AwardsCart®, the screen shots provided on the AwardsCart® web site do not show any evidence of it. See the following screen shots:
We wanted to see if PinnacleCart has WYSIWYG editors for category descriptions and product descriptions since AwardsCart® is a Private Label shopping cart based upon PinnacleCart Software. We checked the Pinnacle Cart documentation on their Version 3.7.0 shopping cart software and from their documentation, we were able to find a WYSIWYG editor for category descriptions and product descriptions. We cannot confirm if these feature is in the AwardsCart® version of PinnacleCart software design, since AwardsCart® identifies their version number as Version 1.1.2 which is a lower version number than the current PinnacleCart Version of 3.7.0
