Built-In Awards Shopping Cart E-Mail Anti-Spam configurable on a user by user basis?

Synopsis of this Feature:
We all know how important it is to control the level of junk and spam e-mail messages. Wikipedia indicates the cost of spam e-mail is estimated around $100 billion based upon estimations in 2007. Even though, not a single anti-spam program will catch 100% of all spam, having anti-spam features as part of an e-mail server can catch 90% or more of these costly junk messages and viruses. That leaves only 10% of the junk mail which can be dealt with using a second anti-spam program running on your PC, thus potentially cutting down your risk to less than 1%

In addition, having the ability to control anti-spam settings on a user by user basis is extremely important. Lets assume one user wants to set their anti-spam filter to a level 5 (which catches a larger amount of spam, but higher risk of false positives) and another user wants a lower level, say level 10, which will allow more spam messages through, but a lower risk of false positives. Maybe another user doesn't want to have their e-mails scanned on the server for spam and wants 100% of the messages to be delivered. Having control on a user by user level is important.

We could not find any documentation on the AwardsCart® web site to indicate whether anti-spam controls on a user by user basis were available for the 5 e-mail accounts they are willing to configure upon request. We didn't find any documentation to indicate whether anti-spam was even offered. If it is offered, it may simply not be documented, but then the question arises whether it can be controlled and managed, turned on or off on a user by user basis as some users may not want their e-mail messages filtered, whereas others may want it filtered by applying different filtering levels. Does the user have ability to log into an interface to make these changes?
