We found the following image at the AwardsCart® web site which has a satisfaction guarantee, however we could not find what this satisfaction guarantee entailed.
We checked the Terms of Service agreement that is posted as part of the checkout process to order the AwardsCart® Solution and could not find any satisfaction or money back guarantee listed in the agreement. So we really don't know what the satisfaction guarantee is as this screen shot is the only reference we could find about it.
